RVs R US is unique in many ways, beginning with the fact that it is family owned and operated, allowing us to provide "personal" service. A customer bringing their vehicle in for service has the opportunity to actually meet and speak with the Service Technician who will be working on their vehicle, and most always meet the entire staff, including Joe. As for service, we do everything from top to bottom, inside and outside, on all makes of RVs, Travel Trailers and Pop up campers. We are an authorized warranty service center for a number of major suppliers, and have extensive insurance claim experience. In early 2012 we opened a parts store, offering new and used parts. We have developed long-term relationships with many of the largest suppliers in the industry, allowing us to provide fair pricing and prompt turn around even on those items we do not regularly stock. Don't forget about our storage area! Our double-fenced storage area provides an extra level of security, and allows the vehicle's owner 24/7 access at their convenience. We also have an on-site dump station, and are happy to provide basic "road ready" preparedness such as checking tire pressure and fluids.
